Would suit a Senior Service Advisor looking for the next step in their career.
Offering a salary of £35,000 plus commission based on departmental budgeted labour sales.
Additional benefit of a company car
Hours of work: Hours to be worked: 8:00am to 6:00pm one Saturday in four on a rota basis 9:00am to 1:00pm
Job Purpose
Controls and manages the daily function of the Service Reception and Administration areas.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
* Proven record of success and excellent leadership experiencing in managing and developing a team of people
* Must be able to demonstrate very high customer handling skills and offer suitable options to customers to surpass their needs
* Computer literate with a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to adapt your style to suit both staff and customers
* Responsible for the team in a Service Reception environment to include recruitment, retention and motivation
