Report accidents or unsafe situations immediately and document them accordingly.Coordinate and direct activities across all service lines, ensuring compliance with safe systems and legislative requirements. Deliver activities in line with local Account Strategies, monitor service delivery, and ensure best practices are implemented.,Oversee the quality and consistency of Sodexo service delivery, manage service failures, and promote innovation and efficiencies. Lead and manage the service team, ensuring the right personnel are recruited, inducted, and equipped with necessary PPE.Ensure budgets and forecasts are met, protect company profit, and maintain high-quality records.
