1. Oversee a team of 6-10 Revenue Managers to achieve sales and pricing goals.
2. Ensure sound commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting.
3. Identify and maximise opportunities, minimise risks, and drive optimal strategies.
4. Lead by example with strong leadership skills and experience.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of Cluster or Regional Revenue Management experience.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Great influencing, leadership, planning, organisational, and communication skills.
* Commercial and proactive approach.
* Experience in Hotel Revenue departments.
