Our client is a well-established company in the industrial sector, with over 2,000 employees globally. This role will oversee the People function for the UK, supporting 650 employees across 4 sites. You will manage a team of individuals and implement company strategy within your region. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional UK wide travel.
Job Description
The Head of HR will:
* Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Human Resources department.
* Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.
* Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures.
* Lead on change management initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with senior leadership.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within a global business.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
* Excellent knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
