Job description
Hours: Monday – Friday with shifts between 08:00 and 15:00 to fit around your availability.
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Pay rate: £12.26
Hybrid/Remote: Available after 3 month
Our client provides excellent customer service and support solutions to their clients.
They are looking for a number of positions to be filled.
Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
* Taking incoming calls
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Handle enquiries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain up-to-date records and ensure smooth diary management.

* Good attention to detail
* Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or administration.
