Job Summary
Moog Aircraft Group is recruiting for a Process Quality Engineer to join the team in Tewkesbury on a 12-month FTC basis. Main activities will include supporting manufacturing processes on a daily basis, which will include improvement initiatives and contributing to APQP elements such as FMEA, MSA, capability studies, control plans, inspection plans, and processing non-conformances.
The ideal candidate would have experience in APQP/PPAP obtained within a manufacturing environment, but necessary training will be provided.

Responsibilities Include
1. Manufacturing non-conformances processing / progressing / facilitating
2. Supporting the manufacturing processes improvements
3. Contributing to manufacturing process development through PFMEA and Control Plans
4. Developing inspection plans
5. Facilitating Measurement System Analysis studies
6. Process Capability studies
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Quality background essential
2. Knowledge of APQP processes in aerospace or automotive is essential
3. Experience in a manufacturing environment
4. Experience in RCCA methodologies
