Responsibilities & Duties
1. Project Management: Independently manage installation projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
2. Meetings: Attend pre-start and handover meetings as required to support project delivery.
3. Valuations: Provide necessary project valuations for accurate financial invoicing.
4. Logistics: Organise plant equipment and arrange product delivery to sites.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
6. On-site Personnel Management: Oversee and manage on-site staff and contractors.
7. Deadlines: Ensure projects meet company and client deadlines.
8. Health and Safety: Adhere to and enforce health and safety policies and regulations.
9. General Administration: Handle administrative duties and other tasks related to project delivery.
Skills, Experience & Certifications
1. Essential:
Full driving license.
Experience managing on-site personnel.
2. Preferred:
Experience managing both domestic and international projects.
Knowledge in preparing risk assessments and method statements.
This role requires strong project management skills, organisational abilities, and a focus on safety and compliance throughout project execution.
