This is a Registered Manager role, reporting directly into the Operations Manager. You will be overseeing the care team, offering a premium service and ensuring CQC compliance.
The company have an exceptional reputation, with clients predominantly across Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire. They have 35 Live-in Care clients currently.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager :
1. To line manage the office team of 3
2. Oversee the care provision of 35 clients
3. Ensure the service is meeting CQC regulations
4. Work closely and strategically with the Operations Manager
5. Uphold the company values
6. Hold the team to account
Registered Manager Requirements:
7. Experience of working within the care sector: Live-in, Residential or Domiciliary Care
8. Track record of working to CQC regulations
9. Good standard of spoken and written English
10. Experience of managing staff
