We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Senior Talent Partner to be involved in a game changing role as we strive to make the nuclear industry more diverse. This is a maternity cover 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager within the Human Resources Directorate, this position is key to driving recruitment best practice through high touch business partnering, as we embed and promote our inhouse recruitment model. As an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will create and drive tactical solutions that support the Talent Acquisition strategy through the wider Rolls Royce SMR business, to deliver HR Strategic initiatives and priorities, whilst we continue to transform the way we attract and hire the best talent through innovative operational delivery.
You will be responsible for successfully hiring candidates with a cost effective strategy either through direct sourcing methods, referrals or with preferred agency suppliers.
