Summary of Position
To support each customer to remain living in their own homes for as long as they require. To provide each customer with a high quality of care that is respectful, dignified, and encourages independence while adhering to the customer's care and support plan. Document and report all relevant customer care information.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To assist customers with all aspects of their personal care.
2. To assist customers with all aspects of medication.
3. To assist customers with all aspects of their meal preparation.
4. To support customers in the use of aids and personal equipment.
5. To support customers with home management.
6. To document and report all relevant customer information.
7. To support customers through temporary and terminal illness.
8. To work as part of the Bluebird Care team.
9. To comply with the Bluebird Care business guidelines and policies at all times.

12. Previous experience as a Care Worker.
