IMMEDIATE START Receptionist Administrator About Us: We are a growing property management company based in Penarth. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service. We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills who can multitask and be a key member of our busy office where no two days are the same. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Providing support to the property/accounts team. Answering all calls and taking clear messages. Logging issues on issue manager and updating existing issues. Dealing with service reports mailbox. Conducting site inspections and logging and saving to the system. Answering intercom. Handling basic request emails, such as meter reading requests. Managing postage, including taking franked post to the post office. General administrative tasks such as scanning. Providing teas and coffee for visitors. Personal Specification: At least 2 years’ experience working in an office environment as a receptionist/administrator. Highly organised and always looking for efficient working practices. A positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude. Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A professional, confident, and clear communicator. Energetic with a strong work ethic. Punctual with strong time management skills. A team player who puts the business's needs at the forefront.
