Key Responsibilities:
10. Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
11. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
12. Support the on boarding process for new staff members, including preparation of contracts and induction materials.
13. Handle HR-related queries from staff and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
14. Prepare and process documentation for payroll and benefits administration.
15. Coordinate and manage HR-related events and training sessions.
16. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and statistics.
17. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
18. Ensure compliance with employment laws and school policies.
Preferred Skills:
19. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
20. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
21. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS).
22. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
23. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Requirements:
24. An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
25. Legal right to work in the UK.
26. Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
