Eames are partnering with a leading healthcare company based in North West London to hire a Financial Controller. Our client is a highly acquisitive business with exciting growth plans for the coming years.
We are looking for a self-starter who is either a Financial Controller looking for an exciting opportunity or a Finance Manager looking for a step up. The role will involve all aspects of finance and manage a team of Management Accountants.
Key tasks/ responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day management of the accounts function
* Produce monthly group reporting for the board, banks and investors.
* Oversee the month end process for multiple entities
* Assist in consolidation of group financials and preparation of budgets, forecasts etc
* Analysing Commercial P&L and Balance sheet with ownership of specific P&L lines
* Cashflow forecasting
* Support the integration of acquisitions and new business units
* Opportunity to be part of M&A process, modelling, due diligence and integration.
* Documentation of accounting processes and policies
* Monitoring Capex and manage cost control across operations
* Support in various head office projects
Person requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant
* Excellent technical accounting knowledge
* Cash flow forecasting and multisite P&L experience
* Experience leading a team
* Experience of managing finance projects
