Main duties of the job Post 1 Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with a special interest in High-Risk Pregnancy This is a new post to support and develop antenatal services. Elective work will include specialist antenatal clinics, fetal scan sessions and participation in elective caesarean section lists. Gynaecology clinics/theatre sessions will depend on skills and further development needs for the post holder. Post 2 Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with a special interest in a Gynaecology area This is a replacement post. Desirable ATSMs include subfertility, oncology, benign abdominal surgery, or hysteroscopy. The job plan will be tailored to the successful applicants special interest area. Non-emergency duties will include gynaecology clinics, theatre sessions, antenatal clinics, and, occasionally, supporting elective caesarean section lists.
