Sales Support Coordinator Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm Up to £27,000 per annum DOE I am currently representing a rapidly growing manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced sales administrator to join their team. Key duties: Being the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email handling any queries Liaising between the sales and accounts team to ensure that the correct customer information has been provided and is up to date Processing customers orders in a prompt and timely manner Record any customers enquiries into the company CRM system and validating leads before passing them onto the sales team Understanding customer requirements and identifying potential products and accessories that may be suitable to meet their criteria Ensure that the booking system is up to date and accurate Handle and resolve any customer complaints Liaise with engineers in regards to jobs If you have a sales administrative background and experience of using systems such as CRM and Microsoft Office this is preferred but not essential.
