Job Title: Construction Administrator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £28,000-£30,000
Job Description:
Construction Administrator required for a contractor in Exeter. The main function of this role is to provide effective administrative support to the construction team.
Duties:
1. Reception duties
2. Answering the phone, diverting calls and taking messages
3. Assisting the Quantity Surveying team with commercial administration
4. Document control and management of drawings
5. Tender preparation, PowerPoint preparation and creating reports
6. Costing of small works such as customer care extras and valuations
7. Support the wider business with any ad-hoc administrative based duties
This role can offer progression such as training to become a quantity surveyor.
Working Hours: Office based full time Monday-Friday.
