Job Description
Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.
The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.
The responsibilities will include:
1. Opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to work in our Targeted Intervention Service delivering support to children, young people, and families across the town.
2. Service brings together teams who deliver support to children, young people, and families including services for young people with experience of care, youth offending team, Family Practitioners supporting young people with substance misuse issues, or those at risk of poor sexual health outcomes as well as young people needing support with employment.
3. Teams will work closely with our Family Hubs delivering all age targeted services to children and their families and working alongside partners in a place-based model of delivery.

5. Liaise with other professionals.
6. 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation).
7. 3 month Temporary Contract.
8. Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance.

The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent, must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
