You will be tasked with accurately recording and producing weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on time. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for reporting pensions and maintaining accurate records of deductions. Your role will also involve assisting with end-of-year accounts preparation, providing crucial support to the finance team during this busy period. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skill set by assisting with reconciling bank accounts across different currencies, managing debtors and creditors, and performing intercompany reconciliation. Accurately record and produce weekly and monthly payroll Timely report pensions and maintain accurate records of deductions Generate and post payroll journals in preparation for month-end reporting Calculate and submit P11D/Annual leave accruals Monitor the Payroll Email box, handling all relevant queries Assist with end-of-year accounts preparation Reconcile multiple bank accounts across different currencies Assist with managing debtors and creditors Perform intercompany reconciliation What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Payroll Clerk position is someone who possesses strong numerical skills coupled with an exceptional attention to detail.
