Key Responsibilities: Division Leadership: Build, nurture, and lead the Building Surveying division, including recruitment, training, and team development. Project Delivery: Oversee and manage a variety of projects across sectors, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to client requirements. Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on building surveys, dilapidations, defects diagnosis, condition assessments, party wall matters, and refurbishment schemes. Business Development: Develop and execute a growth strategy for the division, aligning with company objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions across the built environment. Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to health and safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Building Surveying or a related field. Chartered status with RICS. Proven experience in Building Surveying, including leadership roles. Track record of delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial, leisure, healthcare, and automotive. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
