This role involves conducting detailed surveys in accordance with Scottish Government requirements, reporting on the condition of structures, and recommending necessary repairs and maintenance to support the effective operation of council facilities. Requirements Degree or diploma in relevant professional subject matter. Membership with a recogni s ed professional body such as CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) or equivalent is preferred (for the Building Services position) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in surveying building s ervices, preferably within the public sector. Access to personal transport, as well as a commitment to regular travel across the Council’s area.
