Are you an experienced business and process improvement specialist, specifically delivering end to end service reviews, designing operating models and implementing them? We are looking for you to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the end to end service review and implementation of our customer service target operating model.
You’ll work with leaders across the business to ensure business needs meet strategic priorities, taking colleagues on the journey with you to ensure understanding, collaboration and buy-in. Working collaboratively with IT and our transformation office, you’ll jointly ensure that our target operating model is effective, streamlined and improves the customer journey.
This role requires experience in delivering process improvement methodologies and an understanding of housing operations, the housing sector, and change management to drive results. Alongside experience in delivering target operating models and service redesign, previous experience in housing, specifically in customer service, is ideal.
The key to this role is collaboration and people engagement, so you’ll be able to demonstrate effective working relationships to take colleagues on service redesign journeys. You’ll be confident in taking challenges and seeking opportunities from feedback to enhance processes and effectiveness.
You will be part of a small team but will confidently self-start and integrate into the business.
You can be based anywhere, but some workshops and meetings may be held face to face, so you will be willing and able to travel across our operating area as required. Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, and London.
We invest in our colleagues because we know a better day at work leads to better service for our customers. The Aster Offer includes:
* Flexible working arrangements
* A focus on colleague wellbeing
* Career and development investments
* Defined Contribution Pension and life assurance
* Volunteering hours available
* Savings at various establishments
* Enhanced leave
* Recognition initiatives and awards
To apply, please use the information provided in the advert and role profile to let us know why you’d be a good fit for the job. Please submit a copy of your up-to-date CV along with a supporting statement.
We create an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, ensuring everyone can do their best work.
