SENIOR CRM EXEC

What you'll be doing
1. Support the Head of CRM to deliver the CRM Strategy.
2. Manage and execute creative campaigns across all CRM channels (email, push, web push, SMS), ensuring the tone of voice aligns with our target market and customer.
3. Brief email campaign creative into the Graphic Design team and be responsible for the timely manner in which the creative is turned around.
4. Sign off final email campaigns from design through to build (design and builds are done by other team members).
5. Coordinating with the Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely.
6. Responsible for developing and implementing continual improvement across all CRM channels, including a/b testing, analysing CRM data to extract actionable insights.
7. Reporting and feedback on CRM campaign performance across all channels.
8. Create and refine customer segmentation, ensuring all customer communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely.
9. Develop, manage and optimise all automated emails.
10. Keeping up to date with relevant trends, competitors and analysing how to maintain customer relationships.
11. Bring new ideas and introduce new partners who you believe will be beneficial to the business.
12. Be innovative and think outside the box.
More about you
1. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Excellent copywriting abilities with strong grammar and spelling skills is essential.
3. Creative thinking and copywriting skills for campaign design and execution.
4. Ability to manage relationships cross departmentally, particularly with Buying / Merchandising and Creative teams.
5. Exceptional Organisational Skills.
6. Excellent commercial understanding.
7. Experience analysing, interpreting and optimising data.
8. Experience working with Ometria or enterprise level ESP.
9. Have an interest in retail / online marketing.
10. Have a keen eye for detail.
