Senior Recruitment Consultant – Public sector
Bristol
£27000 - £33000 DOE plus comms (no threshold)
Permanent People are working with an established boutique agency who are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team. They specialise in making senior appointments within the Public Sector and the company have gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years despite the pandemic where they didn’t make any redundancies.

The Role:
This role will focus on building your own niche vertical (support and training given) within the Public Sector.
This role comes with excellent earning potential with the majority of the company billing between £250k and £600k annually.
Experience Requirements:
You MUST:
* Have a minimum of 2 years 360 recruitment experience with proven success stories of winning business and delivering success.
* Open to people from different sectors (perm, interim or contract).
* Be relationship-driven, accountable and a team player.
* Want to make a difference in the world, passionate about public sector and take pride in the work you do.
