Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Administrator role located in Stratford-upon-Avon at a brand new facility for us representing Hyundai. The Sales Administrator is essential to the smooth running of the sales department and other functions of the dealership. Mainly responsible for vehicle invoicing, vehicle postings, stock entries, reconciliations, file management (digital and some physical), compliance and many other aspects. Some accounts knowledge would be preferential. On-site and remote training will be available. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager with fantastic support from our already established site in Bromsgrove, this role will morph into a role once fully trained to the required level to cover additional sites where needed.
Hours would be 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Skills Required
* Order Processing and Administrative Assistance abilities
* Experience in using Pinewood/Pinnacle would be an advantage
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* Accounts background would be an advantage
