Role & Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely with the project and commercial teams to manage costs and ensure financial efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with cost planning, forecasting, and management.
* Preparing and reviewing contracts, variations, and valuations.
* Managing procurement processes and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Contributing to project cost reporting and providing support to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Prior experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with exposure to large-scale construction projects.
* Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
