Please see full job description attached Key Tasks & Responsibilities: 1Communication and Team Working: Supervise directly Trades at all establishments maintained by the Trust, including monitoring, timekeeping and discipline. At all times to carry communication devices (mobile phone and two-way radio) to facilitate immediate response to emergencies. To liaise directly with clients and to prioritise the activities of staff undertaking complex repair works and general maintenance activities under maintenance and/ or direct contract.To be a pro-active member of the team, leading from the front and setting a positive example To participate in any management team briefings as required. Updating attendees on the current/recent events and back-briefing information to own team post meeting.
