Responsibilities include:
* Assist other leaders in providing Outdoor Learning which develops students who are game-changers.
* Provide excellent instruction, communication, engagement, and safe management in the delivery of your work.
* Lead high-quality outdoor activity provision as experience and competence progresses.
* Meet deadlines associated with the apprenticeship programme.
* Support the development of Outdoor Education in BET.
This position requires either 30 or 37 hours a week during term time only, plus 2 weeks during the summer holidays. Mainly Monday to Friday, but some weekend work may be required, e.g., supporting with Duke of Edinburgh.
