Business Description:
* The Institutional Retirement Benefits, Payroll and Disbursements (IRBP&D) teams within Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provide onboarding, plan maintenance and operational support for Institutional and Personal Retirement clients for product lines offered through Workplace Benefits.
* The Cashiering team within IRBP&D is responsible for administering deposit and disbursement of plan assets for 401(k), Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, Defined Benefit, Equity Award Services, & Employee Benefit Trust plans for a large number of employers, including many Fortune 500 companies.
* The team facilitates the processing of deposits and disbursements to both the Plan Sponsor account and or the participant account. Deposits are used for funding client payrolls, open billing receivables or individual direct rollovers. Disbursement requests are received from the Plan Sponsor, Client Service Manager or plan participant.
* This role will report directly to a Cashiering manager and work closely with teams within IRBP&D and various partners throughout the WMO and Workplace Benefits organizations.
* Team members should expect to learn the various products they support (401(k), Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, Defined Benefit, Equity Award Services, & Employee Benefit Trust) as well as the skills needed to build a strong foundation for a career in financial services. The Transaction Management Ops Analyst must demonstrate a cooperative and professional work attitude, while displaying the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
