Job summary Exciting Opportunity: Communications & Engagement Lead - One Devon EPR Programme University Hospitals Plymouth Trust is advertising a key role on behalf of the One Devon EPR Programme. This role is crucial in delivering a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy to support the successful implementation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across multiple NHS Trusts. The EPR system will impact 17,000 staff at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (TSD) and University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust (UHP), as well as existing users at Royal Devon University Healthcare Foundation Trust (RDUH). As the Communications & Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for: Coordinating communications across three NHS Trusts, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment of activities throughout the One Devon EPR Programme. Executing the communications and engagement strategy, tailoring messaging for both internal and external audiences to ensure the successful adoption of the EPR system. Creating impactful communication assets and working closely with teams to produce content that resonates with all stakeholders. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, staff, and partner organizations to foster collaboration and engagement.
