About the Role:
Are you a creative, organised, and proactive marketer looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the execution of impactful marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with our Marketing, Sales & Partnerships teams to coordinate key activities, including events, social media, email campaigns, content creation, and webinars. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth execution of the marketing plan while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Day to day, you will be:
1. Coordinating attendance and sponsorship at industry events to generate leads.
2. Managing social media channels (LinkedIn & Twitter) to grow engagement.
3. Maintaining marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets.
4. Assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
5. Supporting the production of webinars, podcasts, and videos.
6. Writing and proofreading content for blogs, emails, and reports.
7. Analysing marketing performance and reporting on key metrics.
Please note that this role will be a hybrid role, based at one of our offices for one to two days per week. Our Head Office is in Bloomsbury, London.
About You:
A junior marketer with some experience, or an excellent communicator eager to develop marketing skills. Strong written communication and content creation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines. Social media and digital marketing knowledge (preferred but not essential). Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in CMS, HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Suite as a plus.
