We have an exciting opportunity for a business development lead with a technical background in Process Control, Automation, Digitization, or SAAS to join the Honeywell Process Solutions sales team based in Northern Europe serving the full Northern Europe and DACH region.
Business Development Lead
As a Business Development lead here at Honeywell Industrial Automation in Northern Europe, you will be accountable for developing and executing business strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and guiding a team of business development professionals. You will work with cross-functional teams and work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for driving new business within the BESS industry across Northern Europe, DACH, and beyond, thereby increasing our installed base allocation with new customers.
* You will be the primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business and management of relationships with existing and new customers.
* You will disseminate key messages, initiatives, and information pertaining to the value Honeywell brings to that specific customer.
* You will drive sales, identify and generate opportunities for different kinds of customers.
* You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, and relevant industry events.
* You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system (SFDC).

* Record, track, and metric pipeline activities.
* Mentor and coach colleagues in the topic of BESS and associated energy industries.
