HR Advisor - Part-time
Our client based in Chelmsford are seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role will involve the below duties:
Creating and posting job descriptions for the business
Managing recruitment needs for Hiring Managers and assisting with arranging interviews
Overseeing the on-boarding for new staff
Supporting with any employee relations cases, should they arise
Dealing with HR queries throughout the business
Using the HR system to update and compile data
Identifying development needs and working closely with the Directors
Sending of contracts and offer letters
Monitoring, reviewing and update HR policies to ensure they are inline with current legislation Candidate requirements:
Must have 5 year's experience within a similar HR Advisor position
CIPD Level 3
Positive, proactive and hardworking approach to work This is a part-time role, working 20-25 hours per week across Monday-Friday
The pro-rata salary is 20k-25k DOE
Office based role, with free parking on-site
