Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, data entry skills, and the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
Duties
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
3. Assist customers with issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
4. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
5. Analyse customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
6. Upsell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (or other languages) to cater to our diverse clientele.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
3. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
4. Experience in upselling is advantageous.
5. Demonstrated ability to analyse situations and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Familiarity with phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism during calls.
