Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for gathering & validating requirements, prioritizing features, recommending the suitable Software configuration & customisation approach relevant for Client landscape and ensuring the delivery of functional, innovative, and customer-centric solutions tailored to the needs of F&B establishments. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of F&B industry operations with strong technical and leadership skills. Key technologies in scope include Simphony (POS), Inventory Management System, Finance System, HR System and Data Platform.
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in the F&B industry, with hands-on experience in restaurant operations or management.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Functional Lead for restaurant or hospitality software solutions.
Technical Skills:
* Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, scheduling tools, and other restaurant tech solutions.
* Understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and UX principles.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SaaS-based restaurant management platforms.
* Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
