We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Damage Assessor for a very busy bodyshop for a national accident repair centre. The general role will involve being a key point of customer contact, and we are looking for an efficient, professional individual who takes pride in delivering impeccable customer service. The individual must work well under pressure, be flexible to business requirements and fit well with the existing VDA team and the wider company culture. Role Responsibilities Confident delivery of accurate vehicle repair estimates. Previous experience in a similar role. Up to date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a can-do attitude. Role Requirements ATA qualified or NVQ Level 3 damage assessor may be considered 5 years' experience Attention to detail Quality control Ability to work under pressure Able to work independently and as part of a team Safety conscious Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week) 35,000 plus up to £700 monthly bonus, depending on experience
