You will be working in a structured and nurturing environment, helping pupils to manage behaviours, access the curriculum, and develop essential life skills. This role is suited to someone with experience in SEMH and a genuine desire to support children who need consistent, calm and compassionate guidance. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with students in a specialist SEMH setting, offering tailored one-to-one and group support * Use de-escalation techniques and behaviour management strategies to support emotional regulation * Assist in delivering structured learning and developmental activities * Support with transitions, emotional well-being, and building trust with pupils * Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to support educational and emotional progress Required Experience * Team Teach qualification (essential) * Understanding and experience of working with children or young people with SEMH needs * Strong communication and resilience in challenging situations * Ability to work within a structured, therapeutic educational environment About the School This specialist provision in the Solihull area provides an inclusive and supportive environment for pupils with SEMH and additional SEND needs.
