The Role Working within the Customer Operations team you will be integral to the growth and development of the company’s network, supporting our Customers within the Support team. Dealing with customer issues, configuration of devices to be sent out to customers daily. The successful candidate will need to be proactive, enjoy working independently and part of a team. Wessex has a collaborative and supportive culture that encourages independent thinking and internal progression. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Promote network security best practices Liaise with other departments maintaining customer support Technical configuration of routers and boosters Working as part of a support team speaking with customers and engineers to resolve issues Preparation of equipment to be posted out to customers Trouble ticket/Customer case management Speaking with customers via telephone and email Requirements Strong customer support skills and good telephone manner Previous experience of working in a direct customer facing environment Attention to detail Desire to progress in a technical role Experience of working with a CRM Network / Network A Qualification (Advantageous) Ability to work on Saturday on a rota.
