People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join our well-established client based in Worcester on a full-time permanent basis.

This role will require 25% travel, so a full driving licence and your own car is essential.

Duties
* Setting of individual sales targets and maintenance of sales to meet these targets
* Generate new business, visiting new prospects and potential customers
* Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
* Achieve and maintain high levels of customer service
* Respond to all enquiries and sales requests within specified timeframes
* Participate in training, learning about new products and improving sales techniques
* Tracking achieved sales
* Highly organised and efficient
* Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Shows consistent professionalism and good judgement
* Must be assertive, reliable and flexible, ensuring strong communication to all levels of the business
* Self-motivated new business hunter who is also proficient at building relationships and developing existing customer accounts
Minimum Requirements
* Contracts: one year
* Sales: one year
* Salesforce: one year
* B2B sales: one year
* Experience within the Food Industry would be desirable
