As a Estates Manager you will be a be a lead member of the Pub Partners Estates Team, a key role at the heart of the Pub Partners business. The role will deal with key income streams for Pub Partners and the wider business, working closely with the Estates Director, Pub Partners Estates Lead, the Pub Partners Ops team and the Pub Partners Property team.

Job Description
This role is a Manager (M2) Grade
In your role as Estates Manager you will...
8. Pro-actively manage the Pub Partners estate
9. Represent the Estates team in key internal & external meetings
10. Timely manage all of the Pub Partners estate matters such as new agreements, lease renewals & rent reviews, all in accordance with the Pubs Code
11. Review and sign off on all rental valuations, negotiations and settlements
12. Provide updates and reports to the key stakeholders in the business including Property, Operations & Finance
13. Train and coach the Operations team including briefings on Estate, Code and RICS matters, attending regional Operations meetings when appropriate
14. Pubs Code and Landlord & Tenant Act advice
15. Manage the asset disposal programme
16. Manage external agents and solicitors on all estate matters
17. Assist with the delivery of the ESG strategic driver
18. Assist with the delivery of the PP Capex programme
19. Establish professional working relationships with peer group property professionals, agents and solicitors
20. Share and adopt best practice and innovative solutions across your team
What you’ll bring…
21. Pub Valuation experience preferred but not essential
22. RICS qualified with a minimum of two years’ experience in a General Practise surveying role
23. Strong organisational and communication skills with a demonstrable ability to manage colleagues and external consultants
24. Strong financials skills, strong negotiating skills and commercial acumen
25. Lateral thinker, with creative approach to problem solving
26. A self-starter, with a disciplined approach to working on own initiative
27. A high level of IT skills, including Teams, Excel, Word and Power point
28. A high level of written and verbal communication skills
29. Ability to form strong and effective business relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers
30. A passion for exceptional customer service
