Our client operates highly regarded nursing homes across the North and is looking for a manager to run their flagship home in the Northeast, which has a 'Good' CQC rating and a very solid staffing group.
Responsibilities:
* Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
* Have overall responsibility for high-quality service delivery and promoting a positive culture.
* Manage the staff team to promote choice and independence.
* Meet targets set out in the Quality Strategy for the best quality support and care.

Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation, and professional regulations.
* Experienced care home manager with evidence of good CQC inspections.
* Qualifications in Leadership & Management.
* A Nurse Qualification with valid pin – RNLD, RMN, or RGN.
