Key Responsibilities:
As an integral member of the team, you'll provide vital administrative support across multiple departments, including audit, finance, and HR. Your responsibilities will include:
. Managing day-to-day office administration and client correspondence
. Supporting HR with onboarding processes
. Assisting with invoicing, financial admin, and reporting
. Coordinating meetings, travel, and company events
. Handling compliance tasks, including AML checks and ISO certifications
Experience:
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
. A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail
. Experience in a similar administrative role (NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration desirable)
