Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team for night shifts at a friendly care home located in a peaceful residential suburb in Bradford. The role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents with nursing, mental health and dementia care needs, while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, possess strong clinical skills, and be committed to delivering excellent care throughout the night shifts.

* Valid Nursing License: Hold a valid nursing license and registration
* Experience: Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Assessments & Care Plans: Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
* Medications & Treatments: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
* Monitoring & Recording: Monitor and record vital signs and residents' conditions
* Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
* Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
* Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and provide thorough handover reports
