Job summary The postholder should be a highly motivated passionate person with good communication and people skills. The role envolves facilitating the training and development of nursing/ODP staff and the implementation of evidence based practice by supporting staff in clinical practice thus contributing to the continual development of quality services provided to patients and others who come into contact with the Trust. The post holder will support the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and audit of nursing/midwifery/ODP policies, protocols, guidelines and standards ensuring that they meet current practice and professional regulations.
