We’re looking for Trainee White Goods Engineers to join our White Goods Repair Team. It’s an industry-leading team with a high NPS and 1st visit fix rate!
As a Trainee White Goods Engineer, you’ll bring basic electrical knowledge and receive all necessary training to become a White Goods Engineer within 2-4 months. You’ll learn to diagnose faults, install, and repair appliances, building rapport with customers along the way.
Role responsibilities include:
* Testing, diagnosing, and fixing white goods in customers’ homes
* Applying technical knowledge across appliances
* Driving a company van and managing your day effectively
* Building our reputation as a home services expert
Requirements:
* Experience with repair or installation of electric or electro-mechanical products
* Basic electrical competence in theory and practice
* Great customer service skills
* Ability to handle heavy appliances
* Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
