Senior Salmon are recruiting for experienced Call Handlers in the Mansfield Area Job Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service via the phone or email. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints and logging calls accurately. Responsibilities Answering calls promptly and professionally. Assisting with queries and complaints. Resolving issues by determining a cause and providing a solution. Ensuring calls are logged accurately and all information is correct and up to date. Transferring calls to the relevant departments. Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied and issues are resolved. Handle calls with positive, empathetic and professional demeanour. Skills Previous experience in Customer Service and Administration. Experience in insurance and/or construction industry in advantageous. Working hours 9:00am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Pay rate - £11.44ph, Temp - Perm.
