We are seeking an Administrator to provide essential administrative support, reporting to the Administration Officer, to ensure the smooth operation of our service. About The Role As an Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: Processing and managing incoming requests, enquiries, and correspondence. Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible. Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and taking minutes. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and information sharing. Assisting with the processing of applications, referrals, and assessments. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
