Role Overview We are seeking a committed Buyer to join a dynamic supply chain team. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of parts and raw materials to meet internal and external production targets, while also securing the best value for the business. Key Responsibilities Interpreting requirement plans to generate and amend order coverage. Managing purchase orders to ensure on-time customer deliveries. Analysing buying patterns, predicting trends, and managing stock levels. Negotiating supplier contracts and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Driving cost efficiency and securing long-term agreements with suppliers. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting vendor performance data. Acting as the SAP Super User for the purchasing function. Essential Experience and Skills Hands-on experience with SAP systems in a procurement or buying role. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to analyse trends and adapt to changing demands. Why Join Us?
