Are you a passionate and dedicated sports coach looking to make a difference in children's lives? Right Way Sports is looking for a high-quality, enthusiastic, and reliable sports coach to join our dynamic team. You will be vital in assisting delivering engaging P.E. lessons and exciting extracurricular activities in primary schools across North London. Additionally, you will work at our fun-filled Holiday Camps, providing children with a range of multi-sport activities.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals who hold a minimum of a Level 1 coaching certificate in at least one sport and are trained in First Aid and child safeguarding. Your enthusiasm and commitment to fostering a love for sport in young people will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and delivering high-quality P.E. lessons that inspire and engage children.
- Support behaviour management to create a positive learning environment.
- Develop your knowledge of the P.E. Curriculum and contribute to its delivery.
- Progress within the role to become a lead coach, taking on more responsibilities over time.
- Engage with children and school staff in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A genuine enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to being a positive role model.
- A basic understanding of the rules of various sports.
- Experience working with children in a coaching capacity, enhancing their skills and enjoyment.
- The ability to travel to different schools across North London.
- A strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
- The ability to create a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.
