We collaborate closely with the Home Manager, Maintenance Manager, and other key members of our team, to:
1. Swiftly and efficiently handle any general maintenance work and record-keeping within the property.
2. Guarantee all compliance and mandatory checks are completed and recorded within the designated timeframe.
3. Prioritize a safe environment for all our clients and staff.
4. Maintain all equipment utilized by staff and clients to the highest standard, ensuring it's always ready for use.
5. Keep garden areas, driveways, and paths tidy and welcoming at all times.
6. Follow all purchasing routines as outlined by Meallmore Ltd.
What we're looking for:
1. Experience in maintenance, ideally in healthcare or senior living environments.
2. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
3. Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
4. Self-motivated and good at managing your own time.
5. Great communicator and team player.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
7. Basic IT skills.
8. Willingness to learn whatever is needed to do the job right.
Pay rate: £12.82 per hour + competitive benefits + overtime rates.
