Job Description
Heidi was born to make it easy for more and more people to discover the power of the mountains. We burst onto the ski holiday market in 2018 (formally known as Ski Zoom) and have seen exponential growth.
The company came from a desire to fix the lack of flexibility in the winter ski market. We help skiers and mountain lovers discover resorts that are hidden gems alongside the classics, and our clever tech is helping them to do it in a way that suits them best. We’re a youthful, challenger brand, with an awesome culture, and we’re shaking up a very traditional ski/mountain holiday industry.
Looking to the future, we have huge ambitions for growth. In 2024 we grew by 64% and expect to grow even more in 2025. Having come 63rd in the Times top 100 fastest growing UK companies, and shortly after securing £5.6 million investment, we are in a prime position to achieve our goals. But key to that is also growing the Heidi team with even more brilliant people than we have now. So we are looking for someone who will be fundamental to the success of our vision and is excited to help us drive that forward.
The role:
We work with suppliers including hotels, airlines, transfer companies, ski hire companies, and more. We assemble and package these components into the holidays that we offer to our customers.
As the Product Manager for Integrations, you will play a key role in expanding Heidi’s ability to bring our customers the best ski holidays by increasing the availability of suppliers and reducing supply costs.
You will be responsible for managing the technical due diligence and seamless integration of new suppliers into our platform. This includes working closely with our Supply team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration, as well as playing a pivotal role in improving our holiday packaging engine for the future.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead tech integrations: Oversee technical due diligence, onboarding, and successful supplier integration.
* Collaborate across teams: Work with Engineering and Supply teams to ensure supply availability and optimal pricing.
* Managing supply data: Ensure the accurate and consistent import and maintainability of supply data, reducing errors and enhancing the product offering.
* Drive technical excellence: Oversee and eventually own the holiday packaging engine, improving aspects like search speed, data model, and supply availability.
* Monitor key metrics: Focus on key metrics such as time to integration, supply availability, and search speed.
* Lead and grow: As the company scales, take responsibility for the underlying data model and other tech systems that power Heidi.
What you’ll bring:
* Technical integration experience: You have experience managing integrations, timelines, stakeholders, and complex technical processes.
* Customer and commercial mindset: You understand the impact of your decisions on the business and prioritise work based on customer outcomes and commercial value.
* Problem-solving skills: You can tackle challenges in third-party integrations and devise innovative solutions.
* Collaboration skills: You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Technical proficiency: You understand data models, APIs, and system architecture and can work hands-on with technical details.
* Analytical mindset: You use data to make decisions and continuously track performance.
* Project management: You are highly organised and adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
What would make you stand out:
* Familiarity with data caching strategies and data modelling.
* A passion for travel and helping people have unforgettable holidays.
What’s next:
Our interview process takes place online and in person and consists of the following stages:
* Initial call with our People team (30 mins)
* Competency / technical call with our Head of Product (30 mins)
* On site problem solving task and presentation of the task (1 hour)

Benefits:

* Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 based on experience
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + 4 “me/wellbeing” days
* We’re open to hybrid (3 days a week) or office-based working.
